Whip up a quick prawn and kale stir-fry for dinner in just 30 minutes. Pair it with fluffy jasmine rice.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg raw green prawns, peeled, tails intact
  • 100g snow peas, trimmed
  • 140g pkt Brand Chopped Kale
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 60ml chicken stock
  • 21.60 gm hoisin sauce
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 125.00 ml coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • In a wok or large frying pan over high heat, cook prawns in batches in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until they curl and change color.
  • Stir-fry garlic, snow peas, kale, and chili for 2 minutes until kale wilts slightly. Add stock and hoisin sauce and continue to stir-fry until heated through. Top with spring onion and coriander before serving.
