Elevate your lunch with a gourmet prawn cocktail baguette.
Ingredients:
1rustic baguette
1 large avocado
1baby cos lettuce
200g cooked peeledprawns
40.00 ml Salad Cream
Crackedblack pepper
Instructions:
Slice the baguette into 4 equal sections, then cut each section in half lengthwise.
Split the avocado in half, discard the skin and pit, and mash until smooth. Spread the creamy avocado mixture evenly on the base of each baguette.
Top the creamy mashed avocado with shredded baby cos lettuce leaves.
Arrange the prawns on top of the lettuce, generously drizzle with salad cream, sprinkle with cracked black pepper, and serve with warm baguettes right away.
