Elevate your lunch with a gourmet prawn cocktail baguette.
Ingredients:
  • 1 rustic baguette
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 baby cos lettuce
  • 200g cooked peeled prawns
  • 40.00 ml Salad Cream
  • Cracked black pepper
Instructions:
  • Slice the baguette into 4 equal sections, then cut each section in half lengthwise.
  • Split the avocado in half, discard the skin and pit, and mash until smooth. Spread the creamy avocado mixture evenly on the base of each baguette.
  • Top the creamy mashed avocado with shredded baby cos lettuce leaves.
  • Arrange the prawns on top of the lettuce, generously drizzle with salad cream, sprinkle with cracked black pepper, and serve with warm baguettes right away.
