Decadent Scandinavian appetizer - ideal for winter gatherings with friends and wine.
Ingredients:
  • 600g Deli Thawed Cooked Peeled Prawns Cutlets, chopped, deveined
  • 3 eschalots, finely chopped
  • 82.50 ml dill, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced, finely grated
  • 80g sour cream
  • 20 baguette slices
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 50g salmon roe
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together prawns, eschalot, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Brush the bread with oil and bake for 3-4 minutes until golden. Top the toasts with the prawn mixture and salmon roe.
