Ingredients:
  • 1 knob of unsalted butter
  • 200 g brown shrimps, from sustainable sources
  • 100 ml cider
  • 2-4 slices of bread
Instructions:
  • In a pan over medium heat, sizzle butter until melted and toss in the shrimps. Splash in the cider and let it bubble, then reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes until the cider thickens. Season with pepper. Toast bread to crispness and pile on the flavorful shrimps.
