Pressure-cooker black beans with onions, cilantro, olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar - ready in just one hour!
Ingredients:
  • 7 cups water
  • 1 pound dry black beans
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, tied together with butcher twine
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
  • In your multi-functional pressure cooker, mix water, black beans, onion, cilantro, olive oil, and salt. Seal the lid, choose high pressure, and set the timer for 40 minutes as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build up.
  • Using the quick-release method per manufacturer's instructions, carefully release pressure for about 5 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar after removing the lid.
