Tender baby back ribs are effortlessly cooked in a pressure cooker for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 rack baby back pork ribs
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce, divided
Instructions:
  • In the pot of your multi-functional pressure cooker, mix water, vinegar, and liquid smoke. Place the rack at the bottom of the pot.
  • Season both sides of the baby back pork ribs with a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper. Cut the rack in half. Arrange the ribs in a teepee shape on the rack. Drizzle a bit of barbeque sauce on each half, allowing it to cascade down the sides. Seal the lid securely.
  • Follow your manufacturer's instructions to choose the Meat setting, then set the timer for 30 minutes. Give it 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build up.
  • Let the pressure naturally release for 15 minutes, then carefully use the quick-release method following the manufacturer's instructions for around 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
  • Position an oven rack 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, then place the ribs on it and generously coat with barbeque sauce.
  • Broil for 5 minutes until golden brown, then add extra sauce while hot.
