Indulgent pretzel fudge pie with gooey brownie filling, salted crust, and luscious caramel topping.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups small pretzel twists
  • 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup butter, cubed
  • 0.75 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 4.5 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup caramel topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for ultimate baking perfection.
  • In a food processor, finely chop pretzel twists and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and mix well. Press the mixture onto the bottom and sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together 3/4 cup of butter and chocolate chips, heating for 1 to 2 minutes and stirring once. Mix in 3/4 cup of brown sugar and white sugar until dissolved. Beat in eggs, then stir in heavy cream, flour, and vanilla extract until the filling is smooth. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pie plate.
  • Bake until the center puffs up and sets, about 50 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow to cool for 1 to 2 hours. Drizzle caramel topping over the top.
