Elevate Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies with a salty pretzel crunch and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • Fleur de sel or coarse sea salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until well blended. Gently fold in the crushed pretzels. Transfer the mixture to a pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for around 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out nearly clean. Allow to cool on a rack for about 1 hour. Cut into 6 by 4 rows and finish by sprinkling the brownies with a touch of salt for an extra kick.
