Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with creamy French cheese - an easy, elegant dish that impresses.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound prosciutto, sliced
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 12 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Take slices of prosciutto and smother them with creamy Neufchatel cheese. Envelop 2 to 3 vibrant asparagus spears with the cheese-covered prosciutto. Place the wrapped spears in a uniform layer on a medium baking sheet.
  • Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until tender.
