Elevate frozen Margherita pizza with salty prosciutto and briny artichoke hearts for a unique and delicious low-carb twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 CAULIPOWER® Margherita Pizza
  • 2 ounces prosciutto, sliced
  • 0.5 (6 ounce) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Unwrap the pizza and discard the packaging. Place it on a clean surface, then layer on the prosciutto, artichokes, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, either on a baking sheet or directly on the rack.
  • Top the dish with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese after taking it out of the oven.
