Customizable pizza for picky eaters - create your own corner with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 335g fresh pizza bases (see note)
  • 130.00 gm Italian tomato sauce
  • 250.00 ml reduced-fat grated mozzarella cheese
  • 100g prosciutto, roughly chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced lengthways
  • 6 marinated artichokes, quartered (see notes)
  • 100g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 62.50 ml basil leaves, finely shredded
  • 40.00 ml small oregano leaves
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. 2. Place the pizza bases onto the prepared trays. 3. Spread 1/4 cup of tomato sauce on each base. 4. Use a knife to score the top of each pizza into quarters.
  • Sprinkle half of the cheese over 2 opposite quarters of the pizza. Top one cheese quarter with half of the prosciutto and the other cheese quarter with half of the tomatoes.
  • Lay half of the artichoke quarters on one quarter of the pizza dough, then add half of the mushrooms on the last quarter. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to assemble the second pizza. Bake for 25 minutes, switching the pizzas halfway through, until the cheese is melted and the pizza crust is crisp. Sprinkle basil over the tomatoes and oregano over the mushrooms. Serve and enjoy!
