Tropical Push-It-Up Pops

"Four fruity flavors unite in vibrant and refreshing popsicles."
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 can (15.9 oz) light coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled, pureed
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup drained crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3/4 cup peach sorbet
  • 6 frozen push-up pop containers
Instructions:
  • Prepare the coconut, kiwifruit, or pineapple layers by combining the required ingredients in separate small bowls.
  • In each push-pop container, layer 2 tablespoons of peach sorbet, followed by 2 tablespoons of coconut mixture, and finally 2 tablespoons of your choice of kiwifruit or pineapple mixture.
  • To achieve maximum freezing, position the freeze pops upright for a minimum of 1 hour until completely hardened. Once frozen, feel free to transition to storing them on their side for convenience.
