Tangy mango and passionfruit paired with creamy Greek yogurt create a kid-approved lunchbox treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 small mango, finely diced
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
  • 165.00 ml reduced-fat plain Greek-style yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Mix luscious mango and vibrant passionfruit pulp in a bowl until fully blended.
  • Transfer the yogurt to a separate bowl and mix in 3/4 cup of mango mixture gently. Spoon the combined mixture into two 1/2-cup-capacity airtight containers.
  • Drizzle the remaining mango mixture over each dish and cover with lids. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
