Prosciutto-wrapped baby carrots

Elevate baked vegetables by wrapping them in savory prosciutto.
Ingredients:
  • 5 slices prosciutto
  • 2 bunches (about 20) baby (Dutch) carrots, trimmed, peeled, stems scrubbed
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) water
  • 57.20 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Take each slice of prosciutto and cut it in half across and then lengthwise. Wrap one piece of prosciutto around each carrot and arrange them in a baking dish.
  • Preheat oven to 200ºC. Mix water and honey in a small bowl, then drizzle over the carrots. Bake for 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until carrots are tender.
