Indulge in the perfect combo of beer and peanuts with these irresistible sweet muffins. Enjoy them warm with a decadent spread of peanut or nut butter for extra deliciousness.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups pale ale or lager beer
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a muffin tin.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Gently mix in beer until just combined. Fold in peanuts. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter and top each one with 1/2 teaspoon of butter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and firm. Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
