Stuffed cream strawberries: a crowd-pleaser for parties or a delightful snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.25 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 pounds whole strawberries, stems removed
Instructions:
  • Combine milk and pudding mix in a bowl, whisk until smooth and thickened for about 2 minutes. Gently fold in whipped topping and coconut extract. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Pierce each strawberry from top to bottom using a straw.
  • Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with pudding mixture. Using one fingertip, cover the bottom of a strawberry and fill it with the pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
