Succulent pulled pork with zesty slaw on a smoky brioche bun!
Ingredients:
  • 480g pkt Pork Ready to Pull Shoulder Apple BBQ Sauce
  • 4 Charcoal Brioche Burger Buns, split
  • 61.88 gm (75gl) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 60ml buttermilk
  • 41.60 gm tomato sauce
  • 1.25 gm smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 200g pkt Coleslaw
  • 125.00 ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Oven-baked chips, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare the pork as per the package instructions.
  • Place the buns, cut-side up, on a baking tray and lightly spray them with cooking oil. Toast in the oven alongside the pork for about 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, buttermilk, tomato sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper if desired. Season with salt and pepper. Add coleslaw and parsley, then toss everything together.
  • Arrange the bun bases on serving plates, layer with coleslaw and pork, then add the bun tops. Serve with chips on the side, if desired.
