Create quick and tasty Mexican tacos with juicy pulled pork and creamy slaw in 30 minutes! Just 5 ingredients needed.
Ingredients:
  • 480g pkt Pork Ready to Pull Shoulder Apple BBQ Sauce
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 400g pkt Mexican Style Salad Kit
  • 200g Avocado Dip
  • 125.00 ml coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C and cook the pork according to the package instructions.
  • Prepare 2 baking trays with baking paper. Arrange the tortillas in a single layer on the trays. Drizzle with olive oil spray. Bake for 6-8 minutes, flipping once, until they turn light golden brown.
  • As the pork and tortillas cook, whip up the salad kit according to the package instructions, saving half of the dressing for later.
  • Place the tortillas on serving plates and layer with avocado dip and salad. Drizzle with reserved dressing, add pulled pork, and sprinkle with coriander leaves before serving promptly.
