Decadent pumpkin cake bars topped with creamy frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.6666667461395 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Combine eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix well. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan before baking.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool after taking it out of the oven.
  • Make the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, butter, and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled bars.
