Ingredients:
  • 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup milk, or as needed
  • 0.5 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 0.25 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine oats and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Adjust consistency with more milk or oats, then microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Mix in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon sugar. Warm up and enjoy.
