Pumpkin spice loaves topped with gooey toasted marshmallows.
Ingredients:
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3.5 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and generously coat 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Then, using an electric mixer, blend pumpkin, oil, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Finally, divide the batter evenly between the loaf pans.
  • Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Switch the oven to broil. Evenly sprinkle marshmallows over the bread. Broil for 3 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned. Let it cool completely.
