Easy pumpkin spice cookies made with cake mix and canned pumpkin for a simple and delicious fall treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
Instructions:
  • Assemble all the ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease the cookie sheets.
  • Combine the cake mix and pumpkin in a large bowl, stirring until fully incorporated.
  • Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets in rounded spoonfuls.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes until centers are set. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
