Indulge in warm pumpkin streusel pancakes for a cozy Fall breakfast, perfect for a relaxing morning with your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons cold salted butter, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat griddle to 325°F or warm skillet over medium heat.
  • Make the streusel topping by mixing Bisquick™ and brown sugar in a small bowl. Use your hands to blend in the butter until a crumbly topping forms. Keep it aside for later.
  • Combine Bisquick™, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a large bowl. Mix in pumpkin, egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Ladle 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle and cook until bubbles form. Sprinkle with streusel, cook until golden, then flip and sprinkle more streusel on top. Finish cooking, transfer to a plate, and repeat with remaining batter.
  • Create a luscious glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl until perfectly smooth.
