Gluten-free almond flour pancakes, a satisfying breakfast delight. Top with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, and salt in a large bowl and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  • Warm up a drizzle of oil on a griddle set on medium heat.
  • Spoon batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and edges dry, about 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until bottoms are browned, another 3 to 5 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
