Wholesome paleo pancakes made with almond flour, tapioca, almond milk, and eggs - a quick and easy breakfast delight!
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl until silky. Stir in almond flour, tapioca flour, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until batter is just mixed.
  • Preheat a greased griddle over medium-high heat or use an electric frying pan. Spoon batter onto the griddle, cooking until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
