Wholesome Paleo pancakes with almond flour, banana, and almond butter - a tasty breakfast for the whole family.
Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 0.125 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.125 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
  • Combine banana, eggs, almond flour, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth.
  • Heat olive oil on a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Spoon batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, around 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
