Easy banoffee pie with graham cracker crust, caramel, bananas, and cream for a quick and delicious English treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 medium bananas, diced
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 0.5 (12 ounce) jar caramel syrup
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Chill whisk and mixing bowl in freezer for 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Arrange the bananas at the base of the pie crust and generously drizzle 5 ounces of luscious caramel syrup on top. Save the rest of the caramel syrup for the finishing touch.
  • Take out the chilled whisk and mixing bowl from the freezer. Pour in the whipping cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla. Vigorously whip until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overmix.
  • Smooth the luscious whipped topping over the ripe bananas and flaky pie crust. Gently pour the rest of the caramel in a twirling pattern for a stunning finish. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer for 15 to 30 minutes to set the whipped topping before serving.
