Effortless blended cheesecake pie with a self-made crust, topped with fresh fruit or filling of choice.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and generously butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • In a blender, mix cream cheese, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cornstarch until creamy. Transfer the batter into the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes until the edges are puffed and the surface of the cheesecake pie is firm with a slight jiggle in the center when the pan is gently shaken. Sprinkle with cinnamon after removing from the oven. Let it cool at room temperature for about 1 hour after running a knife around the edges of the pan and setting it on a wire rack.
  • Garnish the chilled cheesecake with fresh strawberries, cover, and refrigerate for about 4 hours until perfectly chilled.
