Ladyfinger Cheesecake

Ingredients:
  • 3 (3 ounce) packages ladyfingers
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Arrange ladyfingers on the bottom and around the edge of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Whip the cream in a medium bowl until it forms peaks.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Spread half of the creamy cheese mixture evenly onto the base of the springform pan. Layer with lady fingers, then top with the rest of the creamy cheese mixture.
  • Arrange the rest of the ladyfingers on top, then generously spoon over the fruit pie filling. Allow to chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
