Elevate your grilled cheese with a burst of fresh herb seasoning.
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened, divided
Instructions:
  • Place a mound of Cheddar slices on one slice of bread. Sprinkle parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, and dill over the cheese. Add the other bread slice on top. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the sandwich's surface.
  • Place sandwich, buttered-side down, in the heated skillet. Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter on the top. Cook until cheese has melted, about 3 minutes per side.
