Savory grilled pork chops marinated in soy sauce, garlic, and a hint of cayenne for a spicy twist, ideal for a speedy and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) thin-cut bone-in pork chops
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Season the pork chops on both sides with a kick of cayenne pepper and a sprinkle of black pepper, gently poking with a fork. Arrange the pork in a casserole dish, drizzle with soy sauce, and scatter garlic over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, flipping halfway through.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to high heat and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Remove the chops from the marinade, shake off excess, and discard any remaining marinade.
  • Grill the chops on medium heat until the center is no longer pink, approximately 6 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
