Impress guests with easy 3-ingredient puff pastry squares filled with decadent dulce de leche. Delicious and hassle-free dessert option!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, then cut it into 1 1/2-inch squares and transfer them to the baking sheets.
  • Bake in the oven preheated to perfection for 15 to 20 minutes until gloriously golden and wonderfully crispy.
  • Move the freshly baked squares onto a wire rack to cool down entirely, approximately in 5 minutes. Cut each square in half.
  • On half of the puff pastry squares, generously spread 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche, then cover them with the remaining puff pastry squares. Finish by dusting the top with a sprinkle of confectioners' sugar for a sweet touch.
