Quick pizza bites with Nutella® and honey mustard dipping sauces using store-bought pizza dough.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 0.33333334326744 cup baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 2 tablespoons milk, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup yellow mustard
  • 3 teaspoons honey, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Cut pizza crust into 2-inch squares, roll into balls, and arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Dissolve baking soda into the water. Drop pizza balls into the boiling water in batches. Cook until they puff up and float, about 1 to 2 minutes. Place the cooked pizza balls on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake in the oven until beautifully golden for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Combine Neufchatel cheese, chocolate-hazelnut spread, and milk to create a luscious chocolate dip. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if desired. In another bowl, blend mustard and honey for a delicious dipping sauce. Enjoy warm pretzel bites with the flavorful sauces.
