Quick and easy dessert ready in just 10 minutes with only 6 ingredients, ideal for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices raisin toast
  • Butter, at room temperature, to spread
  • 48.00 gm Nutella
  • 38.40 gm custard
  • 3.00 gm icing sugar
  • Chopped hazelnuts, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat a jaffle maker. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the jaffle maker. Top each slice with a tablespoon of Nutella and a tablespoon of custard. Place the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up, on top and close the sandwich maker. Cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with hazelnuts before serving.
