Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 560g pkt Simply Honey Thin BBQ Sausages
  • 400g pkt Singapore noodles
  • 300g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3cm-piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 410g can baby corn spears, drained, sliced diagonally
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) honey soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sriracha
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat half of the oil. Cook the sausages for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden. Transfer them to a chopping board and cut into thick slices.
  • Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a hot pan. Add broccoli, capsicum, and onion. Stir-fry until slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until aromatic for 30 seconds. Add sausage and corn, toss well to combine.
  • Toss noodles with honey soy sauce and sriracha in the pan until heated through. Serve hot.
