Elevate your BLT with creamy avocado. Enjoy a quick and delicious lunch by simply adding no-cook bacon for a flavorful twist in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or aioli
  • Handful lettuce leaves, washed
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 60g pkt DON Crafted Cuts Ready Bacon
  • Salt flakes & freshly ground black pepper
  • Green tomato pickle or tomato relish, for serving
Instructions:
  • Toast or grill bread slices until they are perfectly golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise on 2 slices of toast, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon. Season to your liking.
  • Place the remaining toast slices on top of the sandwiches and serve with a side of relish.
