Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 (6 ounce) fillets catfish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup oyster sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then gently coat the catfish fillets with the mixture.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle the catfish fillets in olive oil for 3 minutes on each side until they turn a beautiful golden brown. Lower the heat to medium-low, generously brush the fillets with oyster sauce, cover, and gently cook for an additional 5 minutes until the fish flakes effortlessly with a fork.
