Spicy blackened air-fried catfish fillets: quick, tender, and flaky in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons blackened seasoning
  • 1 pound catfish fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine melted butter, olive oil, and blackened seasoning in a small bowl and mix until a paste forms. Brush the paste onto both sides of the catfish fillets.
  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork, approximately 15 minutes.
