Quick Cream Cheese Pie

Quick and delicious pie recipe with customizable fruit filling options, but strawberry is recommended for fabulous flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.75 ounce) can ready-to-use strawberry glaze
  • 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
Instructions:
  • Coat the pie crust with a delicate fruit glaze, then arrange a single layer of fresh fruit on top.
  • In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese until silky. Stir in milk until cream cheese is lump-free. Add pudding mix and beat until fully incorporated. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until combined.
  • Spread half of the mixture onto the pie crust. Layer fruit glaze and fruit, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture. Add another layer of fruit glaze and fruit, then spread the remaining whipped topping on top. Garnish the pie with the remaining fresh fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
