Boost your health with this nourishing bone broth recipe, enriched with immune-boosting ginger, turmeric, and garlic for a delicious and comforting remedy in a sip.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small slice fresh ginger
  • 1 small slice lemon
  • ½ (or ¼) small red chilli, deseeded
  • 3 fresh sage leaves
  • 20.00 ml bone broth powder
  • Tiny pinch ground turmeric
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
Instructions:
  • Skewer ginger, lemon, chili, and sage leaves. In a mug, combine bone broth powder and turmeric. Pour 200ml boiling water, and stir until dissolved.
  • Skewer a thyme sprig and let it infuse until the drink cools. Remove the skewer and thyme before serving, or use them as a beautiful garnish.
