Ingredients:
  • 41.60 gm crunchy peanut butter
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 54.00 gm maple syrup
  • 200g shelf-fresh hokkien noodles
  • Sliced green shallots and chopped roasted peanuts, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, and maple syrup in a serving bowl, and mix until smooth.
  • Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. After draining, transfer them to a bowl and mix thoroughly with the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Garnish with a generous amount of onion and peanuts before serving.
