Quick and easy recipe, ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 packets instant noodles
  • 2.50 gm curry powder
  • 187.50 ml frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 small green capsicum, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 green onion, cut into 3cm lengths
  • 15.90 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Boil a saucepan of water and add instant noodles (without the flavor packet). Follow packet instructions for cooking time, then drain the noodles.
  • Heat peanut oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Stir in curry powder for 30 seconds. Cook mixed vegetables, capsicum, and onion for 2-3 minutes. Combine with cooked noodles and drizzle with soy sauce.
  • Serve the dish in individual bowls and enjoy it right away, accompanied by chili sauce, if preferred.
