Satisfying and effortless steak stir-fry for a delicious dinner option.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cm piece of ginger
  • 350 g asparagus
  • 2 x 125 g fillet steaks
  • 2 tablespoons black bean sauce
Instructions:
  • Peel and thinly slice the garlic and ginger. Place in a large cold non-stick frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, stirring regularly until crisp and lightly golden. Remove from pan and set aside, keeping the flavorful oil in the pan. Trim the woody ends of the asparagus, then add to the pan. Season the steaks with sea salt and black pepper, then place them in the pan with the asparagus, increasing the heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes, turning everything regularly. Add black bean sauce and 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, cook for 1 minute for medium-rare steaks. Adjust cooking time to your preference. Slice the steaks, serve, and top with crispy garlic and ginger.
