Quick and delicious lasagna made with no-boil noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and Ragú sauce for an easy Italian meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (15 ounce) containers ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 (24 ounce) jars RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
  • 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, eggs, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese until well combined. Set aside.
  • Begin by generously spreading 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer 4 uncooked noodles, followed by 1 cup of sauce and half of the ricotta mixture. Repeat this process. Finish by adding the remaining 4 uncooked noodles and the remaining sauce on top. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to seal in the flavors.
  • Place your dish in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Uncover, add the leftover 1 cup of mozzarella and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
