Create a vibrant homemade LCM bar using this simple recipe from taste member 'mum_of_three'.
Ingredients:
  • 75g butter, chopped
  • 250g white marshmallows
  • 1500.00 ml rice bubbles
  • 125.00 ml mini M&Ms
  • 20.00 ml hundreds & thousands
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 20 x 30cm lamington pan by greasing and lining the base and sides, ensuring the parchment paper overhangs on the long sides.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and marshmallows together, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the rice bubbles and M&M’s. Pour the marshmallow mixture over and stir quickly to combine. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and use the back of a spoon to flatten the surface. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set. Slice into 3 x 10cm bars and enjoy!
