Effortlessly make delicious raisin-cinnamon yeast bread with your bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 1.5 tablespoons lard
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Choose the Basic or White Bread setting on the machine. Do not choose the Fruit Bread setting or add the raisins later. Start the machine. After the first knead, the bread should be smooth, elastic, and dry to the touch. Add more flour if needed.
  • Once baked, promptly take out the pan. Let the bread rest in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer the bread from the pan to a wire rack and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
