Delicious Christmas cookie recipe that can be customized with chocolate chips instead of raisins.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups raisins
  • 1.3333300352097 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, cream together sweetened condensed milk and margarine until smooth. Fold in the crumb mixture until well combined. Stir in raisins, coconut, and walnuts.
  • Spoon out tablespoon-sized portions onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake for 9-10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before transferring from sheets. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
