Savory ramen noodles in a flavorful broth with soy sauce, chili oil, ginger, and sesame.
Ingredients:
  • 3.5 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package ramen noodles with dried vegetables
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine broth and noodles in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to break up noodles. Reduce heat to medium, add soy sauce, chili oil, and ginger. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Finish with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
