Make flavorful ranch cornbread muffins with buttermilk dressing for a simple and tasty treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (6.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cornbread & Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • Sliced jalapeño chiles, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line 6 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Combine cornbread mix, dressing, milk, melted butter, and egg in a large bowl, stirring until just combined (avoid overmixing). Divide the batter among muffin cups and garnish each with a jalapeño slice before baking.
  • Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until golden on top and fully baked. Serve while warm.
