Grilled ranch steak tacos with avocado crema, radish, and lime.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 pounds flank steak
  • 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, plus more for seasoning crema
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 tortillas, warmed
  • 4 small radishes, sliced thinly
  • Lime wedges
Instructions:
  • Heat up a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
  • Coat the skirt or flank steak generously with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix and black pepper. Grill the steak for 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Rest for a minimum of 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
  • Combine sour cream, avocado, a hint of seasoning mix, and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy.
  • Place a generous portion of steak onto each tortilla, followed by a dollop of creamy avocado sauce and a few slices of crisp radish. Serve with fresh lime wedges on the side.
